Zach Cregger and Trevor Moore wrote, directed and star in this uproarious road romp about a young man (Cregger) who's been in a coma for four years and awakens to discover that his chaste high-school sweetheart is now a men's-magazine centerfold, so he sets off to reconnect with her and consummate their relationship. Moore plays his horn-dog best friend who is with him every step of the zany way. Raquel Alessi, Craig Robinson, Alexis Raben, Eve Mauro. Hugh Hefner has a cameo as himself.
